Some of the 620,000 doses of smallpox vaccine which was recently flown to China from Australia in response to an urgent request from UNRRA's China Office, being loaded onto an R.A.F. plane. The vaccine, which was made in Australia, was packed in dry ice in specially made cartons. The plane did the trip from Melbourne to Hong Kong in four days.
