Outgoing letters chiefly signed by UNIKOM Chief Military Officer / Force Commander (CMO / FC); others from Deputy Chief Military Officer (DCMO)/Chief of Staff (COS) or Chief Operations Officer (COO). Letters to/from Iraq transmitted via Liaison Office-Baghdad; those sent to/from Kuwait transmitted via Liaison Office-Kuwait (Kuwait City).
