Series consists of log sheets. Subjects include but are not limited to the following: searches; investigations; movements of employees; incoming and outgoing shipments; arrivals and departures of visitors and press; stolen vehicles; movement of arms; shootings; and troop movements. Each incident that is recorded includes a number, time, to, from, event, action, and initials. Pages are dated and numbered. These logs include only the last name of the individual signing information into the log. The log is sent to the Lieut. Colonel, GSO 1.

Series consists of operation instructions. Subjects include but are not limited to the following: military procedures for training, arms, uniforms, and administrative tasks; patrols for key points in Nicosia; standard operating procedures for mobile reserve elements; commands and signals; and reserve concentration areas. Most operation folders have a code name on the file for example Operation Clipper, Operation Keel, and Operation Saturn. Correspondents include Major I.S.
