The records in each subject series generally include correspondence and working papers filed together. The names of the divisions in this list have, in some cases, been chosen from several variations appearing in the records.

The records include few directly related to supply programmes, as many of these had been prepared during closure, and not in the course of supply operations. A monograph and report on supply documentation will be found in Office of the Historian files. In Headquarters Central Registry files, will be found monthly reports and a general directive for the Mission.
