Series consists of correspondence, memoranda, code cables, committee notices, minutes and agendas, reports, news clippings, press briefings, books, pamphlets, handbooks, United Nations documents, organization charts, speeches and invitations of files created and maintained by Martin W. Hill during his various positions at the United Nations. There are some background documents relating to the League of Nations ranging in date from 1930 to 1946, but the bulk of the material is from 1944 to 1976.
