Series consists of correspondence and memoranda, incoming and outgoing clear cables and telegrams, press releases, newspaper clippings, and printed materials, such as, programmes and brochures, and speeches and photographs relating to the planning and coordination of United Nations events. Events recorded include Staff Day for 1955 and 1956; and the second, fifth, sixth and tenth anniversaries of the United Nations. The bulk of the material relates to the Tenth Anniversary of the Signing of the United Nations Charter held in San Francisco in 1955 including the activities planned in celebration of the day, such as, art exhibitions and banquets. Other subjects areas cover itineraries, protocol, programme committee plans, and congratulatory messages from governments and the public. UN. Executive Assistant to the Secretary-General - 1946-1961: Cordier

Series consists of minutes of meetings, membership lists, resolutions and reports of the General Assembly relating to the United Nations Committee on United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration - UNRRA, memoranda, letters and cablegrams on contributions to UNRRA and UN-UNRRA relations. The Committee was created in spring of 1946, to facilitate the final stages of UNRRA work and the generation of additional contributions. Also included are Nos. 52 and 58 of The Journal of The United Nations. Correspondents include Chairman of the Committee Sol Bloom, Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary-General on Economic Affairs A. E. Ritchie, diplomatic officials of the contributing countries.

Series consists of Jose Rolz-Bennett's set of of meetings no. 67-75 - inclusive of the UN Advisory Committee on the Congo - official documents. Also included are two supplements to the distributed by the Secretary-General U Thant to the members of the Committee - mimeographs. Arranged in meeting number order.

Series consists of one folder, containing minutes of the first and second meetings of the Advisory Committee on the establishment and permanent maintenance of the United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Korea, and the agenda of the third meeting.
