Additional subject files pertain to the Office of Personnel Services, the Advisory Group on Administrative Reform, the United Nations Staff Recreation Council, the Hospitality Committee for United Nations Delegations, the United Nations Child Care Centre, the International Civil Service Commission and the World Association of United Nations Interns and Fellows. S-1031 contains invitations, congratulatory messages, thank you letters and holiday greetings sent to Secretary-General and Mrs. Perez de Cuellar during his two terms as Secretary-General of the United Nations, 1982-1991. The invitations are organized chronologically and are grouped according to invitations accepted, invitations regretted, and invitations having no action taken.
