Code and clear cables

Series dates primarily from 1961-1973 - there are a few items dated 1980. Documented are office operations including personnel administration, contract and purchasing, facilities management, travel arrangements and visits, humanitarian activity, political events, and the activities of peacekeeping and observer missions.
