Two such units have recently been brought to China by UNRRA for erection in the Communist areas, one at Lingchen and the other at Hsintai in the Shantung Peninsula in the vicinity of the Grand Canal The erection of these two units is part of UNRRA&amp;#039;s power plant rehabilitation programme in China, calling for the installation of some 68 units with from 75 to 2,500 KWs capacity for a total output of over 58,000 KWs
