William Green, left, UNRRA agricultural rehabilitation officer in the China office, and Edwin R Henson, head of the agricultural rehabilitation division in UNRRA headquarters, Washington, inspect the sorrel Morgan stallion which is the last UNRRA animal to arrive in China, the 250,000th head of stock which UNRRA has sent to China, Poland and other war-devastated countries in the past two years The stallion arrived in Shanghai aboard the Plymouth Victory, which also carried 668 head of cattle to be distributed throughout China for breeding purposes (Photo by Wipperman).
