Series consists of correspondence, incoming and outgoing clear and code cables, and memoranda dealing with five basic groups of subjects: a) legal issues, including the Cypriot constitution, protection of cultural property, and land use; b) visits, including tours of the area by VIP's and non-UN military observers, as well as by UN officials; c) administration, including policy directives and operating procedures; d) military, including troop rotation and leave, general orders, and logistics; e) political, including UNFICYP presence and strength, elections, and office holders.
